Update Details and Reset Credentials for Operators

How to update details of operators and reset their password

1. Update operator details

Go to Settings > Operators > choose the contact you want to edit and click on the magnifying glass or the name of the operator. 


Edit the details you want and scroll down to click on Save


2. Password reset

If you want to reset the password of one of the operators.

Click Actions > Reset password and send new login
