Broadcast

A broadcast lets you send a single message to one or many recipients at once. Use broadcasts to quickly share updates, announcements, or promotions with your audience.

1. How to create a broadcast

Step 1 : Go to the broadcast module
This can by clicking on the broadcast icon.

Step 2 : Create a new broadcast
  • First click on the blue 'create broadcast' button.

  • After that, fill in all the fields
Customer  If you don't fill in a customer, the message will be send to all the customers
Users  When choosing a customer, you can also select the users of a customer. If the customer isn't filled in, the message will be send to all the users.
Title  Title of the message
Message  The message 

 

  • Click on save

To make sure your users receive broadcasts, verify that notifications are enabled for the app on their mobile devices.

2. Broadcast overview

In the broadcast module, you can view an overview of your broadcasts and, if needed, delete any broadcast by clicking the trash/bin icon.
