Offer complimentary hours, coins, or credits to your customers for their booking needs. Additionally, generate coupon codes to entice new customers. The credit system is an extensive feature designed for reserving free hours in meeting rooms and hotdesks. The credits allow your customers to book a certain amount of meeting rooms or hotdesks in a more beneficial way. Your customers can obtain credits in various ways. They can acquire credits by signing a contract with you or you can assign customer credits through customer settings. Once your customer runs out of credits, the members will be charged with the normal price of the meeting room.
