      Update Operator User Details and Password Reset

      How to update operator user details and reset password

      Update operator details

      Step 1: Go to Settings > Contacts > choose the contact you want to edit and click on the magnifying glass


      Step 2: Edit the details you want and scroll down to click on Save


      Password reset

      If you want to reset the password of one of the operators. Click Actions > Reset password and send new login
