Streamline resource management: syncing Google Calendar with Zapfloor for a seamless experience
To integrate your Google Calendar with Zapfloor, you can easily sync the two platforms by following a few simple steps.
This integration allows you to seamlessly manage your resources and meeting rooms through Zapfloor while keeping track of all your appointments and events in Google Calendar.
By connecting these two tools, you can streamline your scheduling process and ensure that all your bookings are synchronized across both platforms for a seamless user experience.
Step 1: Create Resources in Google Admin Console
First of all you have to create all the resources in the Google Admin Console.

Login to Google Admin Console: Go to Google Admin Console and log in with your admin credentials.

Navigate to Resource Management: From the dashboard, go to "Buildings & Resources" and select "Resource Management."

Create a Resource: Add a new resource (such as a meeting room) and make sure to copy the resource email.

Go back to Zapfloor and Paste Resource Email in Zapfloor: Navigate to My Center > Meeting Rooms > select the meeting room you want to connect, and paste the resource email in the "External Resource URL" field.
Step 2: Connect Resources with Zapfloor Connector

Go to Google Calendar: Open Google Calendar.

Locate the Resource: If you don't see your resources, you can add them by clicking "Add" next to "Other Calendars" on the left-hand side. Then select "Browse Resources" to find your resources.

Share Resource: Locate the resource you want to share, click the three vertical dots next to it, and choose "Settings and Sharing."

Share with Specific People: In the settings, find the "Share with specific people" section and invite the Zapfloor connector with permission set to "Make changes and manage sharing."
Final Step: Verify the Connection
Ensure the resources are connected correctly between GSuite and Zapfloor.
