Store documents in zapfloor

In the Files tab, you have the ability to store important documents that are related to your customers. This feature allows you to keep all relevant files organized and easily accessible within the system.

It is important to note that this feature is available upon request. If you require assistance or have any questions about storing customer documents in the Files tab, please reach out to the support team for support.

By navigating to Customer > Files, you can upload a variety of documents. These files can be designated as either private, meaning they are only visible to operators, or shared with the customer by defining access through user roles.

To determine whether a document should be private or shared, simply toggle the setting accordingly. This flexibility ensures that you can securely manage and share documents with the appropriate parties as needed.
