Sending an SMS when a visitor has checked in/arrived

Know how to enable to send an sms to alert the announcer when a visitor has arrived

To enable this integration you need to have the SMS Integration active on your Zapfloor environment. Please get in touch with your CSM if needed.

Once the SMS Integration is active then you can go to My Center > Visitors and enable the toggle "Send sms to user once visitor checks in"

Then a field will appear to add custom text that you can fill in to show in the sms.

You can also add this custom text in Integrations > SMS Integration and save.

Now when a visitor arrives/checks in, the announcer will receive the sms.
