Schedule a recurring meeting for your customer

In this article, we will guide you on how to efficiently book a recurring meeting for your customer.

Whether you need to schedule the same meeting multiple days in a row or plan a monthly meeting, the Recurring Meeting feature can help streamline the process for you.

This article is specifically tailored for centers that utilize the Recurring Meeting functionality. By following the steps outlined below, you can easily set up and manage recurring meetings for your customers.

Create a new recurring meeting reservation

Initiate the process by creating a new reservation and selecting the 'Repeat' option.

In the 'Repeat' option, you can specify how many times the meeting should be repeated after the original one.

For instance:

  • If you set Repeat times = 1, it will create two meetings: the original one and one repeat meeting.
  • If Repeat times = 7, it will generate 8 meetings: the original one plus 7 repeat meetings.

You can specify how often the meeting should be repeated by entering the desired time period.

For example:

  • If you set Repeat every = 1 day, a recurring meeting will be scheduled every day (ideal for events spanning multiple days).
  • If Repeat every = 2 weeks, a recurring meeting will be set up once every two weeks.

Conflicts

If the green check changes to a red cross, it indicates a booking conflict that prevents one of the repeat meetings from being scheduled.

There are two possible causes for this issue, which can be identified by hovering over the red cross:

1. Booking conflict: Another reservation is already scheduled for the same time slot.

2. Business hour conflict: The meeting room is not available during the specified time slot.
