Requesting additional access profiles

To request extra access profiles, simply follow these steps on the desktop app. By doing so, you will be able to book in new zones or areas with ease.

Step 1: Log in to the booking environment using the desktop app.

Step 2: Click on your profile picture located on the top right corner and navigate to the Profile section.

Step 3: Within the Profile section, locate the Access Requests tab. Click on the '+' symbol at the top of the page to initiate a new access request.

Step 4: Fill out the form with the necessary information. Specify the location where you require access and provide a detailed explanation of why you need access to additional areas or zones. Once you have completed the form, click on the Create button.

Your request will be sent to the location manager, who will review and process your request accordingly. This streamlined process ensures that you can easily request extra access profiles to accommodate your booking needs.
