In addition to controlling where data appears in the members portal and external apps like the digital lobby for visitors, privacy settings in Zapfloor allow you or your users to determine the visibility of company information and user names in various modules within the user platform and app. By accessing the settings in the Customer section, you can choose whether to display or hide company details for other companies, in the visitor app, user app, and reservations overview. Similarly, within the Contacts section, users have the option to enable or disable the display of their name in the mentioned modules.
