Zapfloor enables users to customize roles with specific permissions for managing desk bookings. Below, you will find an overview of all permissions associated with desk reservations. | **Permission** | **Explanation** | | --- | --- | | Create reservations | Allowed to book for own user | | Create reservations for contacts within the same team | Allowed to book for users within same team | | Create reservations for contacts of teams in same business unit | Allowed to book for users within same teams linked to same business unit | | Create reservations for contacts of all teams | Allowed to book for users of all teams | | Update reservations | Allowed to update only the reservations of own user | | update reservation priority in waiting list | | | Delete reservation | Allowed to delete only reservations of own user | | Delete reservations from contacts within the same team | Allowed to delete only reservations of contacts within same team ***\*never of other teams*** | | | | | List reservations | Allowed to view only reservations of own user | | List reservations of contacts from teams which are in same business unit | Allowed to view reservations of users within same teams linked to same business unit | | List reservations of contacts of all teams | Allowed to view reservations of all teams | | List reservations in the past | Allowed to view reservations of own user including reservations from the past   *\* default only today and future)* *\* applies on both list permissions* | | Approve reservation requests | This only applies when approval setup is enabled | | Export reservations | End users who want export reservations | | Hot desk access group management | -
