Link your Meeting rooms in Zapfloor to Google Calendar

Link your meeting rooms in Zapfloor to Google Calendar to easily manage your bookings and have a good view on them.

By integrating Zapfloor with Google Calendar, you can ensure your Zapfloor meetings are automatically added to your meeting room calendars in Google Calendar. Here's how you can set up the integration:

Requirements:

  • You must be a GSuite Admin user who can manage resources.
  • Ensure Google Calendar is enabled in Zapfloor's integrations. Check this in Settings > Available Apps

Connect Zapfloor to Google Calendar

  1. Go to Integrations > Google Calendar.
  2. Click Connect to Google to link Zapfloor with your GSuite Admin account.

Obtain the Meeting Room ID from Google Calendar

  1. In the Google admin panel, navigate to Apps > Google Workspace > Calendar.
  2. In the Calendar menu, find the Resources Management section and click on it.
  3. Here, you can add or edit existing resource calendars in Google Calendar.
  4. Locate the room resource email under the Resource Email section. Copy this email address for the next step.

Link Zapfloor Meeting Rooms

  1. In Zapfloor, navigate to the meeting room you want to link.
  2. Paste the copied room resource email into the appropriate field to add the meeting room to Zapfloor for management.
