Lead lost status
Step 1: Go to Lead Manager and navigate to the Settings tab. From there, select the Status option to access the various status settings for your deals.
In the Status settings, you will find the option to customize the Lost status, which is where you can add the "Reason why lost" feature to your deals. This allows you to track and analyze the reasons behind lost deals, providing valuable insights for improving your sales strategies.
By setting up your own reasons for lost deals in zapfloor's lead manager, you can better understand patterns and trends in deal outcomes, helping you make informed decisions to increase your win rate in the future.
Don't forget to click Update to save your changes and start utilizing this valuable feature in your sales process.
