How to make changes to or cancel a meeting?

Modify the meeting time, update the description, include additional products or services, or decide to cancel the meeting altogether.

If you have a meeting scheduled but need to adjust the time, description, add products or services, or even cancel the meeting entirely, follow these steps:

Modify a meeting

Navigate to the Calendar section on the left-hand menu, then choose the specific meeting from the agenda. Click on the "Show" option to access and modify the meeting details on the screen.

Cancel a meeting

Access the Calendar section from the left-hand menu, then select the specific meeting from the agenda. Click on "Show" to view the meeting details. To cancel the meeting, simply use the Delete button.
