How to give your members free hours, credits or coins?

Offer your customers complimentary hours, credits, or coins that they can use towards booking meeting rooms or desks.

Provide your customers with the opportunity to enjoy complimentary hours, credits, or coins that can be utilized for reserving meeting rooms or desks. This added benefit enhances the customer experience and incentivizes them to make use of your booking services. By offering a variety of options such as free hours, credits, or coins, you give customers the flexibility to choose how they want to redeem their rewards. This not only adds value to their booking experience but also encourages repeat business.

Give credits 

 

Navigate to the Customer section, then click on Settings and select Credits.

 

To add or make changes to credits, simply navigate to the Customer section, click on Settings, and select Credits. From there, use the 'Add Credits' button to include new credits for the customer.


Type of credits:

When adding credits, you have the option to choose different types to offer to your customers.

- Free hours: This is a popular credit type where you can allocate a specific amount for desks, meeting rooms, or both. Each hour given equals one hour of usage in a meeting room or on a desk. Note that you can set limits on the use of free hours per meeting room in My Center.

- Credits: These virtual credits can be used for desks, meeting rooms, or both. The cost of a desk or reservation can be determined in My Center. Keep in mind that you cannot combine credits with hours or coins for the same customer, so only one credit type per customer can be utilized.

- Coins: Coins are credits that represent monetary value. By using coins, you can specify an amount that customers can use to "pay" for desks, meeting rooms, or both. The number of coins required for a reservation depends on the set price per desk or meeting room in My Center.

Period for the credits:

You have the option to choose the timeframe in which the credits (of any type) can be utilized. There are three choices available:

- Monthly: These credits can be used within each month, and the amount resets at the beginning of every month.

- Yearly: These credits are valid for use throughout the year, with the amount resetting at the start of each new year.

- Once: This type of credit can only be utilized once and will not reset for future use.

You have the option to allocate credits for specific resources where they can be utilized:

- Meeting room bookings

- Hotdesk bookings

- Both meeting room and hotdesk bookings (allowing credits to be used for either)
