Create a subscription to bill smoothly and provide the correct access to your customers. This process allows you to set up recurring billing for your services while ensuring that your customers have the necessary access to your offerings. By following the steps outlined in the article, you can easily create a new subscription for your customers and tailor it to their specific needs.

To create a new subscription, navigate to the 'Customers' section on the platform. Choose a customer you wish to create a contract for, then proceed to the 'Subscriptions' tab and click on the option to 'Create subscription'.

If this is your first time creating a subscription for a customer, you will need to first create a customer profile before accessing the 'subscriptions' feature.

When selecting the contract template, make sure to choose one that best fits the services and terms you are offering to the customer. These templates can be customized and created in the Settings > Standard Contracts section of the platform. Once you have chosen the appropriate template, proceed to fill in all the necessary details such as the customer's information, the services included in the subscription, pricing, payment terms, and any other relevant information required for the contract. This step is crucial in ensuring that the subscription accurately reflects the agreement between you and your customer.

Choose the unit(s) that the customer will utilize. This selection establishes the connection between the unit and the customer. Additionally, monthly services and credits can be incorporated into the subscription for added value.

To include a monthly service, simply click on the "Add monthly service" option. Then, select the products you want to add and click on the "Add" button.

Once you have added the products, you can customize their price, VAT rate, and quantity.

Once you have chosen the units, services, and credits, proceed to the next step. Here, you will receive a summary of the subscription detailing what is included. Click on the 'Create' button to confirm and finalize the subscription creation process.

Once the subscription has been created, a PDF document will be generated. Simply click on the subscription to access it. From there, you have the option to send the contract to the customer for signing by clicking on 'More' and selecting 'Send to customer'. If needed, you can also choose to print the contract immediately, especially if the customer is available to sign it in person.

To print the contract, navigate to the Download section and select the PDF to sign option. From there, you can preview the PDF and print it if needed. You can also make any additional edits before sending it out by clicking on Edit at the bottom right. Once the contract is signed, you can upload it by selecting More and then choosing Upload signed PDF.
