To streamline the process of reserving meeting spaces, it is essential to set up a user-friendly system for booking rooms. By creating a new meeting room in zapfloor's My Center, users can easily reserve a space that meets their needs. This ensures that the room is available and prepared for use when needed. To create a new meeting room in zapfloor's My Center, start by heading to My Center and finding the Meeting Rooms section.  Next, simply click on the "+ New Meeting Room" button to initiate the process of creating a new room. Provide all necessary information for the new meeting space, then click on the "Create" button located at the bottom of the page to save your input. After successfully adding the new meeting room, you can view its details by selecting it from the list.
