How to create a new coupon code

When a customer goes to book a meeting or desk through the iframe on your website, they can enter the promo code on the final payment page to apply the discount. The system will automatically calculate the discounted price based on the coupon details.

Additionally, you can specify whether the coupon is valid for hotdesking, meeting rooms, or both, as well as choose whether the customer receives hours or credits as part of the discount. By creating and utilizing promo codes effectively, you can incentivize bookings and attract more customers to your workspace.

To create a promo code for your iframes, start by navigating to the Coupons section in your My Center dashboard. 

From there, click on the "Add Coupons" button to generate a new coupon code. 

Fill in the required details for the coupon, such as the discount amount and validity period, then click on "Create" to finalize the promo code.
