How to archive a user
To archive a user, you have the option to remove them from the contact list. This action does not permanently delete the user, but rather sets them aside for future reactivation if needed. If the archived person decides to return, they can easily be reactivated in the system by using their email address. This process allows for efficient management of contacts and ensures that no important information is lost.
To archive a user, simply open their profile in the Contacts or Customer section, then select More and choose the Archive option. This approach helps maintain a clean and organized database while still retaining the flexibility to bring back archived users when necessary.
