Enable users to reserve both a desk and parking spot simultaneously when making a new reservation

Enabling end users to make multiple bookings simultaneously can be beneficial, especially when they need to reserve a desk and parking space using zapfloor.

How to enable this?

To customize this feature, it can be set up per location and is initially turned off.

To activate it, you can follow these steps:

1. Navigate to My center - Settings - Desk Settings

2. Toggle the switch for "Allow multiple access groups"

To begin, initiate a new reservation. In the initial step, users have the option to select one or multiple access groups.

Moving on to the next step, if more than one access group is chosen, users must book a zone for each access group separately.

Additionally, if the same zones or offices are available across the chosen access groups, users will still need to select them individually for each access group.
