Edit meeting room settings

To edit meeting room settings for your customers, you have the flexibility to customize various options such as the payment type and general discounts for meeting room reservations.

By following a simple step-by-step process, you can easily make changes to payment preferences and apply discounts to reservations.

Step 1: Navigate to the 'Customers' section.

Step 2: Select a specific customer from the list.

Step 3: Access the 'Settings' tab.

Step 4: Locate and edit the reservation details.

You have the option to customize the payment type, allowing for free reservations if the 'Reservations are free' feature is activated. Additionally, setting up a 'Discount percentage' will apply the specified discount to all internal meetings.

Step 5: Remember to save any changes made.
