Determining if an invoice will be paid via SEPA

If your customer has provided a signed SEPA mandate, you can determine if the invoice will be paid through a SEPA transaction by following these steps.

To determine if an invoice will be paid via SEPA, you can check the following:

1. Ensure that the customer has signed the mandate before the invoice was sent. You can find the date in Customer > Settings > Billing or in the mandate list in Integrations > Mandates.

2. Look for the SEPA mandate note on the invoice PDF. For example, it may state, "This invoice is for administrative purposes only..."

3. Keep an eye out for a blue note in Zapfloor, located above the invoice, until the transaction has taken place.

By checking these factors, you can better understand if the invoice will be processed via SEPA.

Once the payment has been processed

Once the payment is processed, it will be automatically added to the invoice in Zapfloor three workdays after the due date. You can easily track the transaction by viewing the invoice, where the payment details will be visible at the bottom right corner of the screen. This provides a clear overview of the payment status and ensures transparency in the payment process.
