Deleting/Removing visitors from Salto environment

This feature helps in cleaning up your Salto environment along with restricting the number of licenses used for Salto.

Since having visitors over in a building happens on a frequent basis, we had released a feature that these visitors were able to open the main door lock for instance once they were announced by the members and once they arrived at the location by using a Pincode to access the Salto lock. This helped in a seamless experience for the visitors to enter the building without waiting for their host outside.
At the same time we realised that these visitors, days after their visit, were still active in Salto which meant that the number of licenses agreed with Salto would be affected by the number of visitors announced.

To tackle this issue, we have now released a feature where visitors will be automatically deleted from your Salto environment after a certain period of time. Please find below the know how of this feature:

1. Access groups which are created for visitors (without meeting room reservation) are now automatic deleted after the expected date of the visitor (2 days after)


2. Visitor who are also synced to SaltoKS are now automatic deleted from SaltoKS (2 days after)


3. In case the saltoKS user has more then 1 access group, we don’t delete the visitor user in SaltoKS because it can be that:
             a. Visitor is expected multiple times in the future
             b. Visitor is also a member user who has another access group in place (meeting room                        reservation, contract,..)
             c. Visitor is announced as visitor but also has manual access assigned
