Creating orders for printing for monthly invoicing

If you use the Zapfloor and Papercut integration, you can create orders for printing costs, so these can be added to your monthly invoicing.

⚠️ Note ⚠️ Please create the printing orders BEFORE running your monthly invoicing. This will ensure that the orders are prepared and ready to be included when you generate the monthly invoices.

 

To create the printing orders, go to Integrations > Papercut > click Create Order for all Customers


 

This will prepare all printing costs that are still open as orders, and reset the counter per customer for next months printing.

What are billable organisations?

Billable organisations are customers with type 'member' for current location.

Customers which are members in multiple locations, the order will be created for the location which will create the orders first.
