Creating an invoice for a meeting from the meeting room booker

If you want to create an invoice for a booking from the calendar itself then you can follow the below steps.


After successfully creating a reservation for the meeting, navigate to the meeting details and select the 'Order' tab to proceed with managing the order and invoicing process.


 

To create a draft invoice, simply click on the 'Create invoice' button located on the Order tab. This action will generate the draft invoice for the meeting reservation.


Additionally, there is an option to create an advance invoice for the event by toggling the setting in the pop-up window. Once the draft invoice is created, you can easily access it by clicking on the 'View Invoice' button on the Order tab. This allows you to review and make any necessary edits before proceeding with sending the invoice.

 

If you need to make any changes to the draft invoice, simply go back to the meeting details and edit the reservation as needed. This will automatically update the draft invoice without having to regenerate it. Once you are ready, click on 'View Invoice' and proceed to process and send the invoice directly from the screen.
