Creating a new user
To add a new contact for one of your customers, navigate to the 'Customers' section of your ZapFloorHQ platform. Once there, select 'Contacts' to access the page as shown in step 1. This step will allow you to easily manage and organize your customer contacts efficiently.
Step 1: Navigate to the customer
Navigate to the customer's profile, select the specific customer, and then click on 'Contacts'.
Step 2: Create new contact
Select the option to '+ New Contact'.
When adding a new contact, you have the option to assign a role to the user and choose whether they will receive login credentials. Additionally, if you have integrated smart lock functionality, you will be prompted to activate the user for access to the locks.
