Once there, select 'Contacts' to access the page as shown in step 1. This step will allow you to easily manage and organize your customer contacts efficiently. ​**Step 1: Navigate to the customer** Navigate to the customer's profile, select the specific customer, and then click on 'Contacts'. ![](https://support.zapfloorhq.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Creating%20a%20new%20user1-png.png?width=2630&height=1214&name=Creating%20a%20new%20user1-png.png) **Step 2: Create new contact** Select the option to '+ New Contact'. When adding a new contact, you have the option to assign a role to the user and choose whether they will receive login credentials.
