Creating a deposit invoice

To generate a deposit invoice, first set up the subscription for your customer. Once that's done, proceed with creating the deposit invoice.

To create a deposit invoice, you first need to set up a subscription for your customer. Once the subscription is in place, you can then proceed with generating the deposit invoice. This invoice serves as a request for a deposit payment from the customer to secure their subscription services. By following the steps outlined below, you can efficiently create and send the deposit invoice to your customer.

Access the Customers tab and choose the customer you are preparing the deposit invoice for.

 

Then, head over to the Subscriptions tab and select the subscription you want to create a deposit for.

Proceed to Billing > Actions > Create Deposit Invoice to generate the deposit draft.

 Next, you can review, process, and send the deposit invoice to the customer.
