Create one quote for multiple meeting room reservations

Generate a single quote for multiple reservations in different meeting rooms.

For a conference or bigger event, you might want to add multiple reservations to a quote. You can do this from the meeting room booker.

1. Book the reservations you need

Book multiple reservations into the calendar. 

2. Create quote

Create a quote for one of the meetings.

3. Connect the extra meetings to the quote

Now, let's connect the other meetings to the quote. Important: All meetings need to be for the same customer!

> Save the quote and click: "Click here to combine reservations in this quote."

Check the Enable checkbox next to the reservations you want to include in this quote, then click on Combine to generate the quote with multiple reservations.
