Create draft invoices

Creating a draft invoice allows you to prepare an editable version that can be adjusted if necessary before sending it out at a later date. This process ensures that you have all the necessary details in place before finalizing the invoice. Follow these steps to create a draft invoice:

Step 1: Navigate to the Customers section and select the specific customer for whom you are creating the invoice.

Step 2: Access the Invoices tab and click on the option to create a New Invoice.

Step 3: Fill in essential details such as the Invoice Date, Payment Terms, Due Date, and other relevant information. Make sure to include the Reference and Products sections with accurate information. Once all details are entered, click on the Create button at the bottom of the page.

Step 4: To review your draft invoice, simply go back to the Invoices section where you can view and make any necessary edits before finalizing and sending it out. This step-by-step process ensures that your draft invoice is prepared efficiently and accurately for future use.
