Making your work flow a lot smoother. By allowing quotes to be generated and sent directly from the meeting room booker, without the need to involve the Lead Manager, you streamline your workflow and save time. This efficient process ensures that quotes can be created promptly and sent to customers without unnecessary delays. This seamless integration of the booking system with the quote creation feature enhances the overall user experience and facilitates smoother operations within your organization. **Book a meeting or optional meeting.** Only once your booking is made, you will have option of creating a Quote. ![](https://support.zapfloorhq.com/hs-fs/hubfs/createquotefrommr1-gif.gif?width=758&height=578&name=createquotefrommr1-gif.gif)   **Create Quote** Go to the Quote tab en hit Create Quote Now you can start creating your Quote just like the way you do in the Lead Manager. You can add your pre-made Quote Message if required and click on create. ![](https://support.zapfloorhq.com/hs-fs/hubfs/createquotefrommr2-png.png?width=2870&height=1364&name=createquotefrommr2-png.png)   **Edit the quote** Once the Quote is created you can go through the magnifying glass to have an overview. ![](https://support.zapfloorhq.com/hs-fs/hubfs/createquotefrommr3-png.png?width=760&height=299&name=createquotefrommr3-png.png) The quote will reflect the meeting, with its time, date and added products or services. In the overview you can check if everything is in order and send it to the customer. This is because in case a Quote has been sent to the customer ideally you wouldn't want a changed document in Zapfloor.
