Managing deliveries, packages, parcels, and mail in Zapfloor is made easy with the delivery option available in the visitor module.
The delivery feature in Zapfloor helps you stay informed about incoming deliveries, keeping both you and your members up to date. By utilizing the visitor module, you can take advantage of Zapfloor's delivery option to easily manage and announce deliveries. Whether it's through the visitor app or manually created from the operator platform, you can notify users about the arrival of packages or letters with convenience.
Create a delivery
To create a new delivery in Zapfloor, navigate to My Center > Deliveries. From there, simply click on "New deliveries" to easily add a new delivery.
When creating a delivery, remember to select the recipient. We will automatically notify them via email, push notifications, and SMS (if enabled).
Overview of deliveries
Within this overview, you can easily search for deliveries using the recipient's name, email, or title. Additionally, there is a convenient quick action button available to update the delivery status to "picked up", allowing you to keep track of deliveries that have not yet been collected. It is important to note that you must first add a recipient before updating the status. (Postal workers have the ability to create a delivery without knowing the recipient's information).
Detail of a delivery
Within the detail section of a delivery, you not only have an overview of the delivery details but also have the ability to add comments for internal follow-up between the front desk staff. These comments can include important information such as specific instructions for handling the delivery, updates on the status of the delivery, or any other relevant notes that need to be communicated within your team. This feature helps streamline communication and ensures that everyone involved in the delivery process is kept informed and up to date on the status of each delivery.
