Add all relevant information to the platform, including address, office manager's contact information, and pictures.
1. Introduction
When using Zapfloor, it is important to create a virtual representation of your center. To do this, you need to provide detailed location information, including the contact information of your office manager, email addresses, physical address, and location images. These details are the foundation of your center's representation within the platform, and it is essential to ensure their accuracy and completeness. This helps maintain a comprehensive and accurate virtual representation of your center.
2. Setting up your center
Step 1: Go to location details.
Navigate via My Center in the left menu to Locations details
Step 2: Fill in the details
Fill in the following fields. They hold importance as they form the fundamental basis of your center within the platform.

Step3: Save the details
Make sure to save your changes by clicking the blue button at the bottom.
3. Navigate between different locations
If you have multiple locations, you'll need to set up each one individually. Now, let's explore how you can navigate between these locations seamlessly.
Step 1: Open the location you are in at the moment
On the top right of your Zapfloor page next to your profile, you see the location you are in at the moment, if you click on it you can easily navigate between your other locations.
Step 2: Select the location you want to go to
Once you've clicked on your current location, simply select the one you wish to view, and you'll be directed straight to it.
4. Branding your member login page and mobile app
By branding and customizing your platform's colors and login pages with a white-label package, you can create a unique and branded experience for your customers. This tailored approach also allows you to have a mobile application that reflects your brand identity.
Additionally, please keep in mind that you will also need to provide the links to your customized apps in both the Android and iOS stores at a later stage.

To set up this go to Settings in the left menu, then Company Details > Branding

Appstore app | Fill in the URL of your app in the app store |

Login templates | Here you can choose whether you want to have the image on the left or on the whole page |
Step 3: Save the details
Once everything is filled in, make sure to click on the blue save changes button.
