Moreover, for added efficiency, you have the option to bulk update labels using the bulk updater tool. This means you can quickly apply labels to multiple customers at once, saving you time and effort in the process. Creating new labels
Step 1: Go to the Customers tab and choose the specific customer you wish to update.
Step 2: Navigate to the Settings tab and scroll down to the General Information section, where you will locate the Label editor:
Step 3: Add Labels using (+) Label
You have the flexibility to assign both existing and new labels to your customers. Some companies use labels to categorize customers based on their sector (e.g., grouping all IoT companies together) or special status (e.g., VIP or late payments).
To add a new label, simply type it in and press Enter on your keyboard to activate it. The label will appear in blue once added.
Once you have added the labels, you can utilize them as filters in the Customers list to streamline your customer management process.
