Utilize credits as a complimentary resource for your customers, our credit system allows you to allocate free hours, coins, or credits to them. Below, we will guide you through the setup process for using credits.
If you choose to offer credits to your customers, you are essentially establishing a form of virtual currency. Unlike free hours or coins, credits stand as a unique resource in themselves, separate from time or monetary values.
Note: When using credits for meeting rooms or hotdesking, it's important to remember that you cannot mix credits with hours or coins for the same customer. Each customer can only utilize one type of credit.
Configure credits
To use credits, you need to set the credit price for your hotdesking and/or meeting rooms. Follow the steps below to enable using credits at your location:
Navigate to My Center > Settings > Default settings > Enable Pay with Credits.

Now that you've enabled credits, you can set credit prices for your meeting rooms and hotdesks.
Set credit price for meeting room
Go to My Center > Meeting Rooms > select the meeting room you'll set the price for
For the selected meeting room, go to Pricing
Now you can set credit price per amount.
Important: Don't forget to set the credit amount for 1 hour, as seen in this example:

Go to My Center > Settings > Hotdesks
In Pricing, you can set the price in credits per time slot or per day:
Assign credits to your customer
Now that the credit prices have been set, you can proceed to allocate specific credit amounts to individual customers. This will enable them to make use of the credits effectively.
