Change the customer type from Member to External
To change the customer type from Member to External or vice versa, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the Customer section and select the specific customer that needs to be updated.
Step 2: Next, go to Settings and locate Company Info.
Step 3: Scroll down to the General Information section and find the Type field. Here, you can select the desired customer type from the drop-down menu.
Step 4: Once you have chosen the appropriate customer type, remember to click Save at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.
By following these steps, you can easily update a customer's type from Member to External or the other way around in your system settings.
