Booking a desk on recurring occasions is a convenient and effective method for organizing your reservations of hotdesks or parking spaces.
By utilizing this feature, you can easily schedule your workspace in advance, ensuring that you have a designated spot whenever you need it. This option streamlines the booking process and allows you to plan your workdays with ease. Whether you need a hotdesk for regular use or a parking space for your vehicle, the recurring booking feature simplifies the process and ensures that your workspace needs are met consistently.
STEP 1: Log into your account and head to Desk
STEP 2: Select when, where and add eventually a description and enable Repeat reservation
STEP 3: Choose where you want to sit and click on Next at the bottom of the page.
STEP 4: Now you'll have the opportunity to repeat your booking. Choose the number of times and what days of the week you want to repeat the booking. Then hit Book to confirmed.
