Automatically provide app login information to new users who have booked for the first time

If your external users require app access for locks or other features, you can send them a login once their reservation is finalized.

To enable this feature, navigate to My Center > Settings > Meeting Rooms > Iframe Settings. Once there, toggle on the option 'Send login after user has booked a desk through iframe' and select a role for the new user that will be created.

It's important to note that you have the ability to create a limited profile for these external users. This means that they can be restricted to using the app solely for the smart lock integration, providing a more tailored experience for their needs.
