Assigning specific meeting rooms to particular customers can be done using resource groups. This feature allows you to grant certain users access to book specific meeting rooms while ensuring that other customers cannot reserve.
Step 1: Open resource groups
Go to Settings > Roles > Resource groups
Step 2: Create a resource group
Here you can click on '+ New' to create a resource group
Step 3: Fill in the details
Fill in all the details and make sure you click on the blue "create" button.

Step 4: Add the resources
Once created. Open the group with the magnifying glass. Start adding the necessary meeting rooms for this group under the Resources tab.

Assign resource | Select which rooms you want to include or exclude |
Step 5: Save the changes
Click on the blue 'add button' to save your changes.
Note : Please be aware, that to show the meeting room only to certain users, "Available for tenants" needs to be disabled in the meeting room settings.
Step 6: Assign users to the resource group
- Option 1: Assign resource group to a single user
Go to Customer > Contacts. Select the user and scroll down to their role. Click on the "+" behind their role and add the resource group to it by selecting it via the dropdown menu. Don't forget to click on the blue "add" button
- Option 2: Assign to multiple users at once
Go to Contacts. Click on the arrow next to more.
Select the bulk editor by clicking on it so it will open. After that select the users you want to add by checking them and clicking on the "+". They will now move to the right column. After that in te dropdown menu of the resource group, select the right group.
Click on the blue "edit" button.
