Zapfloor, in collaboration with AFAS created an integration that creates Zapfloor sales invoices in AFAS.
What does AFAS do?
-AFAS Software is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system that offers integrated solutions for various business functions, including invoicing and accounting.
This will make the manual action of downloading and uploading of sales invoices redundant. The invoices will be automatically booked on the correct general ledgers.
Setup
Afas needs to provide

AFAS Online member number
-
Authorization token
Step 1: Create connection in Integration > Connection > New connection
Step 2: Setup the User role permission to define which operator user may send invoices
Step 3: Workflow configuration
For this step you have to get in touch with your Customer Success Manager to set it up for you.
Step 4: Sending individual invoices to AFAS
You can send an individual invoice that has been processed to AFAS with a new button ‘Workflows’ → ‘Send to AFAS’
OR
Sending multiple invoices to AFAS (in development)
This can be done by going to Integrations > Accounting > Overview > Select Multiple Invoices and Send.
