Adding images to your Desks or Meeting Rooms

If you are utilizing an iframe and wish to display your space through photos for meeting rooms or hotdesks, here's what you should review.

When adding pictures to your desks or meeting rooms using an iframe, it's essential to ensure that the images showcase your space effectively. To do this, you need to follow specific guidelines for picture size and placement. By adhering to these instructions, you can enhance the visual appeal of your workspace and provide a more engaging experience for visitors and occupants.

Picture size for iframe:

📐 : 500 px (height) x 1140 px (width)

Add pictures to desk:

Go to My Center > Units > select the unit to which you want to add a picture

Scroll down to Photo and click on + 

Once you have had selected the picture click on Save changes

Add pictures to meeting room:

Go to My Center > Meeting rooms > select the room

Scroll down to Photos > Click on + and upload > Save
