Add sales rep in the the Lead manager

Sales rep have the possibilities to work on deals, make sure the needed ones are added there so your team can work easily on deals.

If your colleagues are missing out on seeing all the sales information, they may not be designated as Sales Reps. During setup, zapfloor sets up a few Sales Representative (Sales Rep) profiles for you. However, as you bring more users onto the platform, you may need to add Sales Reps manually. 

Let us show you how: 

Go to Lead Manager > Settings > Sales reps

Click (+) Sales Reps and select the user:

Click Create to add the user to the list of Sales Reps.
