Add credits to a standard contract

In Settings, you have the option to include a set amount of credits, free hours, or coins to a standard contract.

By setting a default amount of credits, free hours, or coins in the standard contract within Settings, you can ensure that these benefits are automatically replenished each month. This feature allows for seamless renewal without manual intervention, providing convenience and consistency for both you and your customers.

 

Navigate to the Settings tab and click on Standard Contracts. From there, choose a standard contract to customize.


Under the "Other Details" section, you have the option to include credits, free hours, or coins that will be automatically included each time a new contract is created for a customer. You can input one or multiple lines of credits here, but please note that these new settings will only apply to new contracts and not existing ones.
