Activating a user in ID Tech through zapfloor

In order to assign a tag and activate a user, you will need to follow these steps.

Enable the card for the user

Navigate to Integrations > Door Access > Cards and proceed to activate the tag for the user by following these steps: Create Card > enter the Card Number > click Create.

Assign the card to the user

To assign the card to the user, navigate to Customer > Contacts and select the user. Then, go to Access Control and check if it is synced. If not, click on "Synchronize with access control." To assign the tag, click on "Add door access card" and then click "Add."

Another method to perform this task is through Integrations:

Navigate to Integrations > Door Access > Users. Select the user and assign the tag by clicking on "Add door access card"

Note: If the user is not listed, click on "Sync User" to add them.
