Transition to the New Reporting Data Hub

We're excited to introduce our new Reporting Data Hub, designed to deliver significantly faster report loading times, improved performance, and a more scalable reporting experience for the future.

The migration of all reporting functionality will be completed by 11 August 2026.

What's already available?

The main dashboard that you see after logging into Zapfloor has already been migrated for all customers. You may already have noticed that dashboards now load much faster than before.

Try the new reports today

We've enabled an opt-in for all customers, allowing you to start using the new Reporting Data Hub before the final migration.

When the opt-in is enabled, you can already access the following reports:

  • Incidents
  • Revenue Report
  • Current Contract Information
  • Workspace Data Table
Reports becoming available on 6 August 2026

The following reports will be added to the new Reporting Data Hub on Thursday, 6 August 2026:

  • Sales Report
  • Orders by Product
  • Meeting Room Reservations
  • Check-in Report
  • Standard Contracts

Reports that will be available on 31 August 2026

The following reports are not ready in time but will be added to the new reporting data hub on Monday, 31 August 2026. If you need the data in the meantime, we will provide data exports. Please contact support@zapfloor.com.

  • Occupancy report
  • Billing dashboard
  • Desk bookings report

As part of the migration, several reports will be removed because their functionality has been consolidated into the new reporting experience or because they are no longer used.

The existing reporting module will remain available until 11 August 2026. After this date, all customers will automatically use the new Reporting Data Hub.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • What are the biggest changes?

- We merged most revenue dashboards to one specific. All dashboards do have a location filter.No dashboards per location.
- Old links will not work.

  • Is the data updated in real time?

Yes. You can refresh your reporting data at any time by clicking Update Reports. Next to this button, you'll also see when the reports were last refreshed.

  • Can I export the data?

Yes. Whenever an Export button is available in a report, you can export the complete dataset.

  • I'm missing certain figures or data. What should I do?

The new reports have been designed to include all information available in the previous reporting module, while consolidating similar reports into a simpler experience.
