Reset tenant's password
To reset your tenant's password and guarantee uninterrupted access to their Zapfloor account, simply follow these steps.
By resetting the password and sending login credentials, you can easily manage user access:
Navigate to the Customers section and select the specific customer. Proceed to the Contacts tab.
Within Contacts, locate the user by using the magnifying glass icon for easier identification.
Click on the 'More' option and select 'Reset password and send new login'. The updated credentials will then be promptly dispatched to the tenant for immediate use.
Note: If the user has not received login details previously, the button will display as 'Send login'. You can conveniently send it from this section.
With these simple steps, you can efficiently reset a user's password and ensure smooth access to your tenant account.
