Incidents  and Visitors New Look 

We've refreshed the look of the Incidents and Visitors sections to make them more user-friendly and intuitive. You’ll now find additional sorting and filtering options, making it easier to manage and organize your data more efficiently.

Generate monthly billing New Look and Option

We've redesigned the Generate Monthly Billing feature to be more user-friendly and efficient. You can now select the type of contract you want to bill, as well as choose the billing frequency — monthly or quarterly. The new interface also provides a clearer overview of your invoices, including those that succeeded, failed, or are still in progress.


 

Custom Fields in Meeting Room Reservations

You can now add custom fields — mandatory or optional — to meeting room reservations. These fields will appear during the booking process, allowing users to provide additional information tailored to your needs.

Enhanced Application Logs

We've added more filters and detailed information to the Application Logs, making it easier to troubleshoot and track issues when needed.

Clearer Messaging for Belgian Government Indexation

When selecting the Belgian government indexation option in a customer subscription, you'll now see an informative message explaining how it works. This helps provide better clarity and transparency around indexation behavior.
