Information on deliverables for Whitelabel Environment

Below you can find all the specs and parameters to send us the deliverables to configure your whitelabel environment

1. Graphics for the view on Ios and Android for the Mobile App:

Customisation: Splash screen and the primary colour can be changed for the app

2. For Lobby App:

The size of the picture can be 3600 × 2700 with a high resolution

Customisation: Only the background picture can be changed for the lobby app (My Center > Reception app background image*)

3. For Email Templates:

Format should be html and there is no specific size specs, the last html themes we used are responsive

Customisation: The theme (html with the header and footer) can be customised along with the text of each email
