How to manually edit access groups in Salto

In case there is something wrong with the connection between Zapfloor and Salto you can still edit the access groups in your Salto environment to make sure your users have access to the relevant resources.

Step 1: Log in to your Zapfloor environment and go to Meetings and find the meeting ID for which the access group is made incorrectly. Copy the meeting ID.

Step 2: Log in to your Salto environment and go to Access Groups and paste the meeting ID in the search bar.

Step 3: Now you can add the missing Users here

Step 4: Last step is to add the missing Locks here and Save.
