Give permissions for tenant admins to add colleagues in their team (only for end users)

Here is how you can assign permission to tenant admins to add colleagues to their own company to enable self dependancy

Step 1: Go to your Zapfloor operator environment and then to Settings and Roles

Step 2: Now navigate to Resource Groups and Add a Resource Group named 'User Management'

Step 3: Once it is created open it and then go to Resources and Select Roles as resources and add Basic user (tenant) and Admin user (tenant admin) and Update

Step 4: Now you can assign this resource group called "User Management' individually to an Admin tenant by going to the user and adding it to their existing role (if there is another resource group already attached to the user you can assign an additional role and assign this resource group)

OR

You can also assign this resource group to all the Admin Tenants in bulk by going to Contacts - More- Bulk Edit Users- Filters- Advance Role - Select Admin Tenants - Apply.

Then move the all the Admin Tenants to the right colomn and then in the field 'Resource Group' assign User Management.

Now all the Admin Tenants would be able to add colleagues to their own company and assign the relevant roles while doing so.
